The death of a sibling changes everything.
Taking care of other people before taking care of yourself.
Watching your parent fall apart and it becomes as if you have to grieve them too.
The world makes it feel like your grief doesn't matter as people say things like "how's your mother doing?" or " I could never imagine what it is like to experience the loss of a child"...
And they say it to you, a grieving sibling, as if your grief doesn't exist.
Maybe you've tried therapy or grief support groups to still feel the weight of grief making you think that it will "always feel this way."
Maybe you think that you deserve to live in guilt because your sibling died and you're still alive.
Maybe you've heard everyone else ask about how your mother is doing so much that you believe your grief doesn't matter.
Maybe you're exhausted and ready to put yourself first but you're not sure where to start.
Well, let me tell you a little bit about how I support my fellow grieving siblings.

Hi, my name is Stephen and I've been in the grief and loss world for over twenty years.
I have had the honor of supporting over 1,000 grieving people through working and volunteering at national non-profits that provide grief and loss support.
As someone who survived the car accident my sister died in, I know firsthand how sibling loss changes everything.
I went to support groups, therapy, grief and loss conferences. I also have my Master's in Social Work and worked with people from pregnancy and infant loss, to suicide loss, and with my fellow grieving siblings.
In a world that makes you think you're only options to move through grief is to talk about it...
I'm here to tell you that there is another way.
A way to get support without having to talk about the story, the trauma, or the pain.
A way that allows the body to release the guilt, the shame, and the weight of grief using simple, body-based techniques.
And that is why I created...
Meet twice a month so that you get the support you need without feeling overwhelmed
Sessions will be 90-minutes
2 Somatic breathwork sessions so that the body to release the grief without needing to talk about it
Audio will be recorded so that when life gets busy you can listen when it fits your schedule
4 audio recordings per month that are 5-mintues so that when grief comes out of nowhere, you can listen anytime, anywhere.
Private online community so that you can connect with the other members in-between sessions
And more...
