Meet Stephen Stott

Stephen is a trauma-informed somatic breathwork facilitator who supports people moving through grief, loss, and big life transitions. His work centers on creating safety, choice, and permission for your body to move and feel in its own time.

Rather than asking you to talk about every detail of what happened, Stephen invites you to connect with your breath, notice sensations, and gently widen your capacity to be with what you feel. His approach honors that you are the expert on your own experience.

This short practice is one small example of how somatic breathwork can offer relief and support, especially when words feel heavy or out of reach.

Why somatic breathwork

Support for when talking about trauma feels like too much

Somatic breathwork gently supports your nervous system without requiring you to explain everything you have been through. This short practice is designed to be kind to your body and realistic for your day.

More Energy
