Hi, I'm Stephen.

I have over two decades of experience in the grief & loss world, and I believe that EVERYONE comes across some form of grief in their life that leaves us feeling stuck, alone, and disconnected.

People often tell us to find a therapist, go to a support group, or to get over it. (even when it has only been a month).

Although seeing a therapist and going to support groups are great options for SOME people, it seems like something is missing and that these options (that involve talking about it) only take us for far.

After guiding over five hundred people through remembering who they are beneath their grief, I now work with people to embrace their grief without the pain.
